We couldn't leave without a visit to the Four Seasons for Saturday brunch. Surrounded by African acacia trees in 'The Garden' restaurant we had a feast of eggs royale, omlettes and buttermilk waffles - all washed down with plenty of peach bellinis. It was the perfect way to say a tearful farewell to the Big Apple.
