Inspired by MEATmarket's now famous 'hard shakes', we've whipped up our very own strawberry version, mainly because we're ever so slightly addicted and our garden is the furthest we plan to venture in this glorious sunshine - after all who doesn't love a pretty pink cocktail in a jam jar...
Our recipe doesn't call for strict quantities, more what you personally prefer the consistency to be. We wanted ours thick and creamy so added lots of ice-cream.
Mix together strawberry ice-cream, strawberry liqueur, a dash of cream and ice.
Shake until your arm is about to fall off, or use a blender if you prefer.
Find a sunny spot and slurrrrp away...
