We love cocktails, we love hotels and we love Mayfair - so when we were invited to a cocktail making evening at, um, a hotel in Mayfair, we were totes all over it! GET ME BEHIND THAT BAR YAH!
First up, champagne.. step 1) POP THAT CORK
step 2) POUR INTO A NICE GLASS FLUTE babes we are in Mayfair
step 3) GULP gulp
Next up one of our favourite cocktails ever ermahgerd... MOJITO BABY!
RUM, MINT, BROWN SUGAR, SODA WATER, LIME AND ICE yum yum
START WITH A SPOONFUL OF SUGAR TO HELP THE MEDICINE GO DOWN
(the medicine go doooowwnn...)
Add a few wedges of lime and a handful of mint leaves! Remember to give the leaves a wallop before to bring out those minty flavours. MMm just like toothpaste!
Smoosh it all together with a smoosher...
Fill the glass up with crushed ice, then pour in the rum. TOP TIP count to 7 seconds when you're pouring and that makes just the right amount!
Mix it all together and finally top up with soda water.
MMMm we think we want to drink you every day!!
Ooh it's so tiring making cocktails, we wish we were in a hotel...
