well howdy there!
in case you didn't know, burgers rank as us strawbs no.1 food
so it's no surprise that the fourth of july
is a holiday that we keep firmly marked on our calendar
as it's just another excuse to eat the meaty goodness
(like we needed one)
this year we hopped on the district line to one of london's best
american themed restaurants in chelsea: Honky Tonk
where they went all out for the super spesh occasion
warning: this post includes a lot of red, white and blue
like seriously, there's a whole bunch. get ready
american flag bunting
because what party is complete without bunting?
a bad one thats what
even before sitting down we were already feeling them
americana vibes
and as you can probs tell
beth was getting pretty excited
menu time
yyeeeeeyyyy
hmmmmmm what to have….
yep so we'll have one of everything please
oh.. that won't fit on the table?
okay we may need one more minute then
if there's a milkshake on the menu
it's getting ordered babbbyyyyy
what can we say
beth just can't resist some dairy
getting on that cocktail hour
because it is friday after all
the more the balloons = the better the pardy
there was a strawberry drink on the menu.
we ordered it.
more like red, white and booze
lololololololololol
we made a funny
the honky tonk burger had bacon and cheese
oh and a patty
which thankfully wasn't a dog covered in bacon and cheese
a lil random but sooooo good!
ooohhh yeah look at beth rocking that.. er...
pink, white and blue action for her #ootd
what can we say
she just couldn't give up her favvy pink even for one night
maybe we can sort her out for next year x
