we would have a brunch everyday if we could

unfortunately most days things always get in way to prevent us from consuming our favourite meal
but not today
we cleared our schedule and created a feast
IT'S BRUNCH TIME BABYYYYY
no brunch is complete without some OJ
gotta be having them sausage and grape boats y'all
because what screams brunch more than a random nautical snack
baguette pieces with chicken and lettuce
cos we so hip we also had personal quinoa salad bowls
getting dat chicken protein yooooooo
using that slanty blogger angle obvs
über crispy - otherwise known as burnt beth - oi em!
let me start that again...
über crispy cheese toasties with tuna
we love a super crafty do-it-yourself muesli station
yeah
so
we attempted to make some courgette/zucchini crispy fries
we coated the cut-up veggie in olive oil and chia seeds
then slathered on a mixture of breadcrumbs and quinoa
salady salad time
crunch crunch crunch
beth's muesli creation to finish off the perf meal

and linner
